Kitchen Facilities
Our commercially fitted kitchen is available for your use during your hire.
The kitchen includes:
- Commercial cooking facilities
- Hot water Zip
- Refrigeration
- Two ovens – one electric, one gas
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Basic cups, glasses and saucers
Please note: Cutlery, crockery, serving ware and tableware are not provided. Tea, coffee, milk and other consumables are not included as standard. A Refreshment Service can be added to your booking, see below for more details.
Parking & Accessibility
Ample free parking is available behind the hall, with additional on-street parking available nearby.
Please note there is no wheelchair access to this room unless the adjoining Boardroom is also hired.
Cleaning Requirements
Unless arranged in advance, hirers are responsible for leaving the lounge clean, tidy and ready for the next user.
- Return all furniture to its original position and tables to the trolleys.
- Wipe down tables and kitchen benches.
- Wash, dry and put away all dishes.
- Vacuum floors and mop kitchen floors using the cleaner provided.
- Clean, empty and switch off the fridge if used.
- Remove all rubbish, glass and litter from inside and outside the Venue.
- Turn off all lights and AV equipment.
- Close all windows and doors.
- Remove all personal belongings before leaving.
Additional Services
Need a little extra help with your booking? A range of additional services and equipment are available at an additional cost by prior arrangement.
- Tech/Venue Support – Available for bookings requiring technical assistance beyond the basic operation of the Lounge’s AV equipment.
- Set-Up & Pack-Down Service – We can set up tables and chairs to your agreed room layout before your booking and pack them away afterwards. Does not include decorating, cleaning or the set-up of your own equipment.
- Handheld & Lapel Microphones – Additional microphone options are available for Settlers Lounge bookings.
- Refreshment Service – Self-service tea, coffee and assorted biscuits, including cups, milk, sugar, stirrers and napkins, with set-up and pack-down included. Available for groups of up to 30 or 100 guests depending on the room.

Some bookings will require a bond payment. This will be advised upon confirmation of your booking.
